ProMiSe: Tackling defective Prefrontal development in Mendelian Syndromes - a compelling (pre-)clinical integrative approach 

The ProMiSe project is funded by the Dutch Research Agenda (NWA) and consists of a consortium of multiple research groups spread over the Netherlands. The consortium aims to enhance the understanding of Mendelian Syndromes that affect the prefrontal cortex and to eventually improve patient care in a syndrome-specific manner. Studies range from neurocognitive studies in patients to fundamental work in various model systems including human organoids and mice.
